Postpartum Doulas are trained to provide emotional and physical recovery support and practical care for families in the time following childbirth. We use the most up-to-date, evidence-based information to provide the best care for the entire family.  The main goal of a doula is to help parents bond with the newest member of their family while establishing a routine that will foster maximum self-determination.  Postpartum Doula’s may work with a family for a few days, weeks or months
